All of our shade sails are manufactured in the USA using UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE) shade fabric and (Tenara) UV stabilized sewing thread. If your buying a Pergola cover the rest of the description does not apply. All corners are reinforced using seatbelt polyester webbing for maximum reinforced corners. All shade sails corners and shade sail hardware are made out of marine grade 316 stainless steel. 1/2'' is sewn around perimeter leaving a nice smooth curve so it will not fray, followed by a pocket sewn around the shade for stainless steel wire rope. All of our Custom Shade Sails include Hardware and perimeter cable.

Commercial 95 340 is a high quality, heavy-duty knitted shade fabric specifically developed for tension structures, awnings and shade covers designed for commercial and architectural applications. This sail shade fabric is GREENGUARD®, GREENGUARD® Select, and OEKO-TEX® Certified. 100% lead and phthalate free. HDPE fabric can be recycled.
